Usage
Diisopropanol-para-toliidine has stable chemical properties, no odor, no irritation, no toxicity, and is easy to store and transport. It forms a redox initiator system with organic peroxides. It has high activity and good miscibility with monomers. It is suitable for room temperature curing of acrylates or other olefin monomers. It is a promising new polymerization accelerator.

Because organic peroxides are added to the methyl methacrylate MMA monomer, and tertiary amines are added at the same time, an oxidation-reduction reaction occurs immediately, and it solidifies after a few minutes. The activation energy of the oxidation-reduction initiation system is low and activation centers can be generated at room temperature. It is a short-chain glycol. When used as a chain extender for polyurethane elastomers, reaction injection molding and other polyurethane products, it not only has good compatibility with other raw materials, but also the polyurethane products produced have excellent mechanical properties.  It is an enhanced chain extender.

Used in the polymerization of unsaturated resins, it can enhance the degree of cross-linking and has a network structure, which greatly enhances the fastness and toughness of polymerization and enhances its resistance to shear and resistance. It is an accelerator for the production of unsaturated resins such as marble glue and can replace N,N-Dimethylaniline.

Principle of use
Aromatic amines with electron-pushing benzene rings, such as N, N-dimethylaniline (DMA), N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine (DMT), Tertiary amines  such as N,N-dihydroxyethyl-p-toluidine N,N-Di-(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-methylaniline (DHET). The accelerator can quickly decompose oxidants such as benzoyl peroxide (BPO), shorten its half-life t/2, and increase the polymerization speed. This accelerator is solid at room temperature, has no unpleasant odor unique to amines, and almost does not change color, so it is suitable for the polymerization reaction of general polymers.

Main application
Self-setting Methyl methacrylate, colored glass production, interlayer casting, room temperature curing glue, road coating, marble glue, etc.
